We had been fortunate enough to go to this beautiful home lately. Tough to beat! The pub beside the bay will be the icing on the cake.
Service was attentive and friendly, particularly the first guy who talked to us about the cozumel atv jungle tour for rookies like me. The menu includes all of the regional specialties you’d expect and a few rare treats from everywhere. The rooms seem fantastic, and we’re already planning our next excursion.
Following a booking a different place which didn’t work out. Marina Paraiso our back the grin on our faces. Truly a hidden gem, comfy, clean rooms, tasty food and a Marina with the very exquisite deep sea fishing ships. The grounds are nicely maintained with beautiful trees and a gorgeous pool.
We prefer small regional resorts, some may say amazing. This resort doesn’t have a lot of presence from the road, but it’s beautiful inside. The massive swimming pool, dock, and restaurant/bar places are great places to unwind during down times. The rooms and baths are big and spotless. The site is excellent: well away from the hustle of the Caribbean, but it’s just a 15-20 minute walk. Or, a fast cab ride, we had a problem getting a taxi on the road facing.
The restaurant is quite good and a fantastic price. The cooks were very kind to converse with me about specific ingredients and carefully adapt a possibly significant allergy.
The dive operation at the resort is charming and obviously quite handy, Michel was really careful to our ability levels and what we desired to see.
We adored Marina Paraiso and would really like to return. We traveled with friends, and they had nothing but great things to say. Rooms were beautiful, we had a ground floor facing the street, wish we had a queen or king mattress instead of two dual, but it was excellent. We enjoyed the place outside our area, it was personal. Everybody was helpful.
